The design of the necklace is dominated by two hoe rings that are golden and embellished with circular ruby stones. This motif has been included in the necklace's inner portion as well as the middle section of the rectangular frame studs. Six peacock designs have been elegantly applied to the lower half. A small golden floral motif in full bloom acts as a decorative element to connect the hanging cluster of rice pearls to the peacock feather, and also to the rectangular stud foundation of the necklace. This aravanki contains flexible chain patterns that can be altered to accommodate most arm sizes.
