Domestic Orders:

Credit Notes & Returns:

Returns and credit notes are only available for manufacturing issues, according to business policy. In such a circumstance, the customers must notify us by email at within 24 hours of delivery. We'll send you a replacement as soon as possible. Customers will receive a credit note once their eligibility has been verified. There will be no refund to your bank account.


  • If the customer has sizing concerns, the product is entitled for a size exchange; please contact us at to request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
  • We'll start the reverse pickup from our end once our team has accepted it. In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for the reverse pickup fee as per weight of the parcel.
  • If the desired size is not available, a product exchange or credit note will be issued.
  • Only unworn, unused, uncleaned, undamaged items in their original packaging, with all labels and tags intact, are valid for exchange.
  • We will dispatch the new item within the 2 to 5 working days only after we receive the exchange order.
  • In case of exchange the customer is responsible to pay the shipping/COD cost to and from as charged by our delivery partner.
  • Due to the screen resolution of the mobile or monitor/screen, as well as photographic lighting and impact, product colour may vary. On such accounts, no refunds, exchanges, or credit notes are issued.
  • If the wrong goods are delivered, please contact us at and include photos.
  • All sale items are suitable for exchange, but no returns or refunds will be accepted. Shipping charges to and fro should be borne by customer. 
  • International shipments are not entitled for exchange, return or refunds.
  • If the product you want isn't available, you can request a credit note. Check your eligibility for a credit note by sending us an email

Shipping & Order delivery period:

  • Orders above Rs.3000 that have been paid for are dispatched for free (standard delivery time is 7- 20 days).
  • Express Delivery is available for an additional cost of Rs.500 on the billing amount if you want your order sooner. (3-6 days for express delivery)
  • Only Prepaid Orders are eligible for Express Delivery.
  • You will be charged an additional Rs. 100 - Rs.500 as a cash handling fee if you choose the COD option. COD charges depend on location and total order value. COD orders do not qualify for Express Delivery.
  • International orders are charged on weight basis, no COD option available for international orders.

Shipping charges and packing charges:

Shipping and packing charges are applicable to all orders. Depending on the dispatch location, size and weight of the products the charges are fixed, the same will be added to the cart at the checkout of the shopping cart. The products are carefully bubble wrapped and placed in a plastic container and shipped in cloth envelopes to avoid any damage during transit.

Mode of payments:

  • All transactions are executed through secured channels. Payments should be fulfilled by card or net banking only.
  • UPI and Emi policy are available via Payumoney. 
  • Cash deposits are authorized only for reserved reasons.
  • Cash on delivery is available only in pincodes serviceable, the same can be checked in the product page itself. Additional charges apply for the same depending upon the location.

Return Policy:

Sale or offer orders return:

Consumers should be aware that the terms and conditions for returning products bought during festival offers can differ significantly.

It is common for items purchased on sale or during promotional periods to be considered final sales, meaning they are ineligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Returning orders:

  • Our products undergo tremendous quality inspection process in order to ensure eminent products. Damage during Transportation process is rare, despite on account of damage during the transit, products should be returned within 5 working days, replacement product can be dispatched, in case the product is out of stock the same shall be intimated and purchase of products for equivalent amount shall proceed.
  • Upon return request, our customer care person will get in touch and ahead approval of the request. Parcel charges for shipping back the products shall be borne by the customer themselves.
  • Products damaged during transit should be photographed and pictures should be mailed or WhatsApp us at 9789906281 with order no on the same day as you receive. 
  • Products with complete damage will be replaced. Products with minor damage like fallen stone or beads will be fixed and sent back if the customer is not able to fix the same.
  • In both cases the customer should pay the shipping expense. 
  • Handcrafted semi-precious and precious jewelry may contain minor design imperfections, which are a natural product of the human role in the process. It's not a defect that can be exchanged or refunded.

  • If the physical appearance and feel of the jewelry do not appeal to you.

  • In rare instances, earring stems are twisted intentionally to minimize damage. That's not regarded as transit damage.

  • The jewelry beads or stones may well have fallen in transit in rare instances. Such items would not be replaced or refunded if they could be simply mended with fabric adhesive.

  • We regrettably just don't have an exchange policy for international consumers, although we are highly careful with packaging, as evidenced by reviews on social media. We would try to find other ways to fix the problem if there are any. This will change from time to time based on the situation.

  • Please rest assured that no matter the price of the shipment, we take great care in packaging it for both local and international orders. The jewelry is triple-checked for damage and wrapped in cardboard boxes or plastic boxes with enough bubble wrap.

Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control can sometimes cause delays in shipments. Failed delivery efforts, high volumes particularly during festive and peak periods, and vehicle breakdowns can all cause shipments to be delayed. It can cause delays at a point when consumers want the products to arrive as soon as possible. When a consumer provides an incorrect or misspelled address, the package may be delayed or not delivered at all. So, to avoid any delivery issues, make sure you're accurately addressing your mail. So, in an emergency, it's always a good idea to choose Express parcel service because it saves time and ensures that you have your product on time. Delay in delivery service happens for various reasons and we don't take responsibility as it is done by a third party. For any date-specific requirements please choose only express shipping. 

Cancellation of orders:

Cancellation of any orders placed should be notified to Cod cancellation is permitted only within 2 hrs of the placement of order. Prepaid order cancellation is not possible. Products which are cancelled after they reach your address will be charged at Rs.150 for parcel processing.

Please note that all international orders are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for items purchased from outside our domestic shipping region.
