The Gutta Pusalu is an Andhra Pradesh traditional necklace style and is a part of heritage jewelry. The neck set is so-called as it is adorned with bunches of tiny pearls very similar to "beads" (gutta). Pusalu implies "a shoal of tiny fish" and the gate is a shoal of tiny fish" This pattern originated in regions along the Coromandel coast of India near to the ancestral pearl fisheries.

The floral pattern has greenstone etched to the center and surrounded by rubies. The base of the neck set has a cluster of pearls. The top of the necklace has pearls studded to it.
